The B.Sc. in Culinary Science at NSHM College is designed to equip students with in-depth knowledge of the dynamic hospitality industry and professional culinary arts. The curriculum includes modern hospitality concepts, basics of food and beverage production, and food science and nutrition. Students also explore international, regional, and Indian cuisines, along with essential skills in food cost control, menu planning, kitchen operations, culinary innovation, sustainability, hygiene, and efficient food service management.
The Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology program at NSHM College equips students with skills in food production, beverage service, front office, and housekeeping. The curriculum includes international cuisines, hospitality technology, customer service, hotel automation and sustainability practices. Students also develop communication, leadership and crisis management skills, preparing them for roles in the hospitality industry.
