Workshop on Chocolate Making
The NSHM Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management, Kolkata, recently hosted an engaging workshop on Chocolate Making. This delightful event was conducted by Ms. Rupsa Dey, an esteemed alumna with a B.Sc. in Culinary Arts and a successful entrepreneur. Held on June 22nd, the workshop commenced at 11 am in the Food & Beverage Lab. Participants were treated to a hands-on experience, learning the art and techniques of chocolate making, and gaining valuable insights from Ms. Dey’s extensive expertise in the culinary field. The workshop was a success, leaving attendees inspired and equipped with new culinary skills.
