The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD, formerly Oberoi School of Hotel Management) was established by The Oberoi Group in 1966 and is today recognised among the best in Asia. OCLD offers Management Training Programmes where young graduates are developed, over a period of two years, through a combination of academic instructions and comprehensive on-the-job experience.
