we are all being affected by it. In India it is the rapid economic growth and new wealth that is fuelling these problems. The quest for a better quality of life without compromising on the environment quotient is the biggest challenge we face today. The search for solutions has created enormous business opportunities. Recently, Nobel Peace Prize winner Al Gore predicted that India could lead the world in renewable energy technologies. The focus would be on building a constant action on green business and the ways to make this earth more a cleaner and a better place to live in. We have dedicated this year to awareness on green products. The committee is in tune with this year's theme Go Green. We have joined hand with Switch On and will promote the cause as it is not only there's but ours too. |
